The company's engineer and technician solved technical problem by technical innovation

At the beginning of April,our engineer found the product design requirement exceed normal standard, specified material can't reach their design demand, when we produced sample for German customer. First,it is easy bubble when panel assembled in common working method. Second,the spacer thickness made pressing difficult and panel uneven.Third, because there have spacer between domes and keys, difficult to control handle.Fourth,character on the panel key,because there are spacers between panel and light, made LED astigmatism. But customer require transmitting uniform. And so on,at first our engineers felt very sticky.However,under the support of leaders,through repeat research and trial,positive contact with customer,repeat compare material's capability, repeat improve artwork,our engineer finally solved these problem completely. Customer quite satisfactory and happy with our samples. Because the model built a long time in other place and not solved these problem. Customer give great praise to our engineers for there serious and dedication. Basis of first production 3000pcs, they add another 10000pcs.(Below is not assembled circuit board)
