Thin film switch structure
Thin film switches are classified by structure:
1) Planar tactile type:
Long service life, but no touch;
2) Tactile film convex surface:
It has good touch, but its service life is relatively short.
3) Convex frame type tactile type:
Beautiful appearance, strong three-dimensional sense, but no touch;
4) convex frame tactile type:
Beautiful appearance, strong three-dimensional sense, and touch;
5) Top-up touch type:
(a) type: improper design, easy to have two phenomena, but the face plate is damaged, electrical performance also exists;
(b) Type: There is no two-stage phenomenon, and the structure layer is less, which is more economical. If the panel is damaged, the electrical performance will not exist.
6) Metal shrapnel type:
(a) Type: the most basic and commonly used structure. The shrapnel acts as both a tactile and a circuit.
(b) Type: Complex structure, used in situations where there are more and more shrapnel and there is no jumper. The shrapnel is placed on the upper line, the conductive surface of both the upper and lower lines are upward, and the upper line needs punching. The four feet of the shrapnel are not in the same plane with the center point when the structure is in operation, and there are two segments. At the same time, shrapnel is often in a strong state of over-concave rebound. Over time, shrapnel will not rebound, so it is not recommended to use it.
(c) Type: The shrapnel is placed on the upper circuit and only acts as a touch. The upper circuit conducts downward while the lower circuit conducts upward. There are two sections in the lower circuit, so it is not recommended to adopt them.
(d) Type: The shrapnel is placed on the lower line, and both the upper and the lower lines are aligned. The shrapnel not only plays the role of touch, but also plays the role of connecting the upper and lower lines. It is more simple than (b) type when there are more shrapnel, denser and no jumper. In the design, attention should be paid to the route to avoid the four legs of the shrapnel, so as to ensure that there is no short circuit.
7) Luminescent body shape: must open the bottom rubber mold;
(a) The LED line is the same layer as the lower line: simple structure, but if the selected LED lamp is high, the LED lamp will lift the panel. At this time, the LED window on the panel should be protruded, or the thickness of the glue layer should be thickened to make it thicker than the thickness of the LED lamp;
(b) Different layers of the LED line and the lower line: the structure is complex, but the LED window does not have to be convex, but the upper area of the LED lamp must be hollowed out to prevent light from passing through the hole of the LED lamp. Attention: At this time, when the line is going down, it is necessary to avoid the line around the LED lamp hole.
8) Conversion:
Most of these types can avoid jumping wires and can make the conductive surface downward without grouting. The disadvantage of this structure is that the line is easy to break at the break point.
9) Waterproof type of inner and outer frames:
The outer frame is a closed frame with no wiring, which protects the inner frame from water vapor entering the casing from the outlet groove.
